Moscovici Sees No Need for EU to React on Bitcoin

Dec.18 — European Union Commissioner Pierre Moscovici says he does not consider bitcoin as an alternative currency as he explains the EU’s view of the cryptocurrency. He speaks with Bloomberg’s Francine Lacqua on “Bloomberg Surveillance.”
